The good thing about platform is that it comes with a lot of series and classes in a variety of experience levels, from beginner to advance. I would say I am not a beginner in fitness, but I am total beginner regarding Yoga. So my focus was on some fitness and Yoga courses, especially Yin Yoga for hips. My experience with the platformįirst, I just want to say that my goals were to gain some muscle and open my hips because I think my tight hips are the source of my lower back pain. I would like to share with you my journey, how I started and which courses I took. A lot of classes and categories to choose from, which sometimes can be overwhelming. I am using it for more than a half a year now, and I need to say that I am very satisfied with content they are providing.
